Opportunity Details:

Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists to evenly share rounding & call coverage

• 24/7 in-house NNP, employed by the hospital
• A collaborative approach to care with the Neo and APP working together

Schedule: flexible call schedule

• In-house during the day
• Call from home, with 30 min response time

Level III NICU:

• 18 beds
• ADC: 10
• 1000 Annual deliveries
