Nephrology Private Practice- Lawrenceville/ Decatur, Georgia seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner

Large, multi-location- Nephrology Private Practice- Lawrenceville/ Decatur, Georgia seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner with 5 years of experience to assume the role of Clinical Manager.   The Clinical Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, develop the clinical team consisting of APPs, RNs and Medical Assistants, assist in practice development and enhance patient care. Our clinical staff serves multiple hospitals, dialysis centers and outpatient offices throughout the northeastern area of Atlanta.

The position reports jointly to the M.D. CEO and Practice Administrator and is responsible for ensuring clinical operations are run in an efficient, patient-centered way.  The person in the role schedules and coordinates work processes for all of the clinical staff and works in conjunction with physicians and other care team members to  provide optimal clinical care in a variety of medical settings.  The person in this role will also act as a back-up care provider from time to time.

The right individual for this position must be an Experienced NP with 5+ years of experience and have the ability to design well-functioning operational processes, recruit and retain excellent clinical staff and assist in further development of the practice’s Value Based Care. Experience with Nephrology, dialysis, complex medical specialties along with hospital and outpatient care sites preferred.
