Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a System Administrator to provide support at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, Virginia.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

• Supports NetApp storage solutions across multiple clusters.
• Manages data shares (NFS and CIFS) across Linux and Windows hosts.
• Ensures successful operation of hardware and software systems required to support LAN and WAN operations.
• Installs new software releases, conducts system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software-related problems.
• Performs system backups and recovery.
• Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity and system stability.
• Gathers and analyzes statistical data related to networks, application, and storage.
• Hardens systems by STIGs.
• Designs, implements, and manages Storage Area Networks (SAN).

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

• Clearance: Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
• Certification Required: CompTIA Cloud+, OR CompTIA Security+, OR GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), OR Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology-related discipline, OR four (4) years of equivalent, relevant experience can be substituted for degree.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience related to job responsibilities. 
• Demonstrated experience with multiple Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows, Linux, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience with SAN implementations and related technologies such as CIFS, iSCSI, NDMP, and NFS networking protocols and risk management concepts such as RAID groups, Aggregates, and LUNs.
