Network Security Lead

Infosys is seeking for Network Security Consultant This position you will work for Cyber Threat Management team and responsible for gathering, compiling and sharing the Threat Intelligence reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate can work from Richardson, TX and must be willing to travel to client sites.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in required in Information Technology.
• Configure, manage, and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including L1, L2, and L3 firewall support, IPS/IDS rules, VPN and proxy settings.
• Understanding of basic switching and routing

• Implement and manage cloud-based security solutions such as AWS/Azure WAF.
• Configure and maintain FortiGate proxies for web filtering and application access control.
• Monitor network traffic and security logs for suspicious activity and potential threats.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and security issues.
• Experience of Azure cloud components like WAF, gateways, application services ,Azure monitor, key vaults, Sentinel , Endpoints, Defender for cloud ( overall ).
• Document network configurations and procedures.
• Technically strong with Problem resolution and Root Cause Analysis, create RCAs as required.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Co-ordination with other teams like Network, EUC and vendor teams to troubleshoot/fix issues.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The job entails extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
