In this job the Network Support Engineer will provide support to our Global Networking Clients and projects in:
- Deploying the customer solution and providing remote technical support.
- Provide remote technical support to clients on networking and security products not limited to Cisco Juniper Checkpoint Palo Alto Fortinet.
- Providing support in pre-sales activities support responding on RFPs.
- Building and supporting lab activities working on customer PoC’s.
- Collecting customer networking and security data and requirements and using the Health Check offering tools.
- Creating technical documentation and executing on Validation and Test Activities.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Networking Certifications: CCIE JNCIS JNCIP PCNSE CCSE NSE7 CCNP
- Routing and switching expertise
- Cisco ACI and SD-WAN expertise
