Neurosurgery and Spine Surgical Physician Assistant

Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce an opening for highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our neurosurgery team in Fort Worth, Texas.  Join a team of highly trained surgeons committed to one purpose: providing patients with the most comprehensive, quality, and compassionate surgical care during all phases of their surgical experience.  

Position Details:  

• Full Time, Monday - Friday plus call
• Clinic, 2 days per week and Surgery, 3 days per week
• First Assist in OR; Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments
• Average call requirement is 4 days per month
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families
• Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMR

Requirements:

• Texas licensed & Board-Certified Physician Assistant
• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program 
• Surgical experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
