Your Role:

• Lead exploratory and confirmatory RCT designs to innovate and validate cognitive therapies and screenings.
• Collaborate with research institutions to create evidence for healthy aging interventions and digital therapies.
• Integrate latest scientific findings and user insights and work together with the product team for impactful product development.
• Analyze patient data to inform product enhancements and ensure quality.
• Educate healthcare professionals on cognitive training best practices.
• Apply User Research to optimize product effectiveness and engagement.

Your Profile:

• Fluent in German and English with a deep passion for BRAIN TRAINING and SELF-IMPROVEMENT.
• Minimum 2 years post-grad experience in Neuropsychology, Neuroscience, or related fields.
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Well-organized with adept project management skills.
• Bonus: PhD in Neuropsychology, Neuroscience, or related fields.
