Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented New Construction Start-Up/Warranty Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the final preparation and quality assurance of newly constructed homes prior to homeowner occupancy, as well as responding to post-close warranty service requests. What We Offer • Competitive Pay- ($19-23HR) DOE • 80% Company Paid Medical Insurance • Dental, Vision, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability • 401K w/ 4% Company Match • 10 days PTO • Paid Holidays • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Vehicle, Cell phone, iPad, Gas Card etc • Work life Balance • Paid Training to help you grow individually and professionally What You'll Do • Perform start-up inspections and final quality checks on new homes before closing. • Identify and resolve minor construction and mechanical issues (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances). • Complete punch lists, minor repairs, and adjustments as needed. • Respond to homeowner warranty requests in a timely and professional manner. • Document all work performed and communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams. • Coordinate with trade partners and contractors for necessary repairs or follow-ups. • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring homeowner satisfaction throughout the warranty period. • Ensure work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. • Follow all company policies and safety procedures What We’re Looking For • 2 + Years of HVAC Service experience preferably working in New Construction • EPA Universal Certification Required • Service Titan experience is preferred! • High level of accountability • Basic understanding of mechanical systems • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computing skills and ability to use a computer, laptop, or tablet. • Valid driver's license & able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment Long-Term Employment Opportunity EOE
