Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The role integrates within QA, ensuring high product quality, smooth operations overall organizational functions
• Work as Engineer and assist team leader in PQE to drive the activities to meet overall product quality requirement.
• Analyze quality performance utilizing using statistical and analytical tools and methods
• Improve and deliver high quality of new product. Work in the initiative projects such as Gen-AI
• Problem solving activities and identify cause of any issue relating to new and on-going project
• Ensure project activity is customer focused, results oriented, performance driven, and in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements and policies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, commit and meets deadlines and prioritize workload

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or related field 
• Working experience 0-1 year in electronics field or related (New graduates are welcome)
• Experience in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

PREFERRED:

• Good communication skills to present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with data visualization tools

SKILLS:

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
