This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of a team that valuessafety, efficiency, and top-tier qualityin everything we do.What You’ll Be Doing: Operate and monitor machines to produce high-quality paper products Set up and adjust machine settings for peak performance Use hoists and pallet jacks to load large paper rolls Run computer panels to manage production data Conduct product quality checks to ensure excellence Assist in packaging operations as needed Maintain machines to prevent downtime Communicate updates during shift changes Act quickly and stay agile—you’ll need to swiftly remove any fast-moving, damaged paper to prevent jams and ensure it gets properly recycledShift Schedule: This is arotating shift position: 2 weeks of nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 2 weeks of days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM ✔️ Includes weekends and holidays based on scheduleWhat You Need: High school diploma or GED required Previous machine or warehouse experience is aplus Quick reflexes, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-speed environment Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hot environment with proper PPE and hydration supportWhat We Offer: Competitive pay Full medical benefits Paid time off + vacation 401(k) retirement plan Real opportunities for career advancement Join a team that’s powering everyday life with products people rely on.
