Night Security Guard

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Security Guard will monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Duties • Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect suspicious activities or breaches of security. • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security. • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. • Manage conflict situations effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate tensions. • Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on site. • Collaborate with law enforcement when required, maintaining clear communication regarding incidents or emergencies. • Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. Experience Candidates should possess relevant experience or certifications in security or law enforcement fields. Desired qualifications include: • Training in first aid and CPR certification is preferred. • Background in conflict management or military service is a plus. • A valid security certificate or license is required for this position.
