Nightclub Porter

Job Purpose: Sapphire LV is seeking a dependable and energeticNightclub Porterto help maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked environment throughout our venue. In this behind-the-scenes but vital role, you’ll support bartenders, staff, and guests by ensuring all areas — including bars, restrooms, and common spaces — are clean, organized, and operating smoothly during club hours. Wage/Position pay: 12/hr + tips Key Responsibilities: • Upkeep of customer and employee areas including entrances, bars, restrooms, • stages, and kitchen. • Cleaning any spills or broken glass • Making sure restrooms are stocked with supplies, etc. • Take out trash as needed • Sweep all debris from the floor and maintain the floor dry and free of spills • Pick up all debris and trash (bottles, napkins, etc.) and dispose of them appropriately. • Clean all spills and waste immediately • Sweep and mop as needed • Place all trash in proper receptacles • Check tables, chairs, countertops for cleanliness as well as service stations • Follow cleaning schedule and closing list thoroughly • Communicate effectively on all levels. • May include some bar assistance duties Key Requirements: • Must be over 21 years of age • At least 1 year of relative experience • Must be able to work swing and graveyard shifts • Making sure restrooms are stocked with supplies, etc. Required Education: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred Mandatory Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a custodial or janitorial role is required • Experience working in a fast-paced environment or similar work environment is preferred (night/day club, bar, casino, etc.) • Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights. • Previous experience in a similar environment (nightclub, dayclub, casino etc) • Must have or be able to obtain sheriff's card, health card, and tam card. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. • Must be comfortable working in an adult entertainment environment Required Skills and Abilities: • Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations • Must be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the office and/or venue • Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time • Must be dexterous and able to participate in all service aspects. • Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry as necessary • Must be able to push and lift up to 150 lbs.
