NOC System Administrator

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Work with alerts and escalations matrixes to responding teams
• Incident ownership, coordination and helping engineers with escalation to internal teams
• Participate and be present in triage meetings via Teleconference
• Coordinate and support active deployment and maintenance of Acronis software in a production environment

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) 

• 2+ years of experience on NOC System Administrator or similar role
• Proven working experience with Linux Administration
• Familiarity with Ticketing Systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SAP
• A willingness to learn a unique environment first, then apply technical knowledge
• Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products
• DevOps background would be a plus
• Skills and knowledge of Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, Bash, Python would be a plus
