Nocturnist - University of Rochester Affiliate, Teaching, APP Support

The University of Rochester health system is recruiting Nocturnists to join the current Hospital Medicine team at Noyes Memorial Hospital in Dansville NY. Noyes is a 60-bed hospital and 8-bed ICU, and our team is a blend of Physician and APP colleagues - schedule is 7 on/7 off (negotiable/flexible on other types of schedules such as 7 on/14 off, etc.) 100% Night shift (7p-7a). No call. There is in-house APP coverage (days & nights).

Noyes Health is welcoming three full-time Pulmonary Critical Care physicians who will staff the ICU during the day (7a-7p) with tele-ICU coverage overnight to support our Nocturnist service. Noyes Health also has on-call Anesthesiology (MD and CRNA - 30 minute response). Some bedside procedures (para/thoras, central lines, intubations) w/ assistance overnight from PICC line team and Respiratory Therapy; support from IR, Anesthesiology on site during the day M-F, and 24/7 back-up from General Surgery and Emergency Medicine.
