Non-Profit Client Associate

This Non-Profit Client Associate role involves working in-person at community events, retail locations, and other high-traffic areas where you’ll speak directly with potential donors about important causes. Your Day-to-Day as a Non-Profit Client Associate: • Represent nonprofit clients at community events, retail locations, and other public venues to raise awareness and encourage meaningful support. • Engage directly with individuals to discuss our nonprofit partners’ missions, goals, and the real-world impact of their work. • Provide thoughtful answers to questions, share detailed campaign information, and guide donors through the process of getting involved. • Gather accurate donor information, assist with processing contributions, and ensure a smooth and positive supporter experience. • Work closely with Non-Profit Client Associate team members to develop creative outreach strategies and continuously improve campaign performance. • Take part in regular training sessions designed to strengthen your communication, leadership, and public engagement skills. What We’re Looking For in a Non-Profit Client Associate: • Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills • Comfortable initiating conversations with new people in a variety of public settings • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented • Flexible schedule, including availability on some weekends **No previous nonprofit experience is required.
