• 1:11 low-volume call; extremely rare to go in when on call
• Competitive floor guarantee of $750,000 with opportunity to exceed it with RVU productivity incentives
• Total first-year compensation package up to $853,000 including relocation assistance, sign-on, productivity potential, and CME
