Finish Carpenter – High-End Custom Cabinetry & Furniture Fabrication Location:San Diego, CA Compensation:$80,000–$100,000/year (DOE) Employment Type:Full-time Job Summary We’re seeking an experiencedFinish Carpenterwith expert-level skills incustom cabinet fabrication. You’ll be part of a team crafting and installing luxury cabinetry and millwork for some of the most beautiful homes in San Diego. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Fabricate high-endcustom cabinetry, vanities, built-insto precise specifications • Work with solid wood, veneers, hardwood plywood, and exotic materials with confidence • Assemble cabinetry with exacting standards for fit and finish • Maintain the integrity of high-end finishes during fabrication and installation • Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and plans with minimal supervision • Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to ensure fabrication aligns with vision • Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and panel systems in luxury residential settings • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in both the shop and job sites • Troubleshoot and adjust for field conditions with confidence and craftsmanship • Safely operate woodworking equipment (table saws, routers, shapers, edge banders, sanders, etc.) • Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a culture of professionalism and respect Qualifications • 5+ years experiencein finish carpentry with demonstrated expertise in custom cabinet and furniture fabrication • Mastery of woodworking techniques and modern shop equipment • Ability to read, interpret, and execute from CAD or hand-drawn shop drawings • High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and finish quality • Experience working in luxury residential environments preferred • Must own reliable transportation and basic tools (specialty tools provided) • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and handle full-time shop and install work • Punctual, accountable, and able to self-manage time • Spanish is a plus • Valid driver’s license and legal ability to work in the U.S. Benefits • Competitive salary:$80,000–$100,000/yearbased on experience • Work on premium, custom-designed projects that showcase your skills • Team culture built on mutual respect and pride in craftsmanship • Clear path for growth and increased responsibility • Flexible schedule options as trust is built How to Apply Follow the steps and submit your resume.
