Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) – Aesthetic & Wellness Specialist Location:San Diego & Eastlake (Travel between mini-offices required) Schedule:30 hours per week (Flexible) Compensation:$70,000 Annual Salary + Performance Bonus Structure *** Pay Negotiable for the right fit. About the Role We are seeking afriendly, creative, and skilled NP or RNto join our growing aesthetics and wellness practice. This is a part-timesalaried position (30 hours per week)ideal for a professional passionate aboutaesthetic medicine,wellness care, andclient engagement. The role blends clinical expertise with creativity, client communication, and concierge-level service. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care • AdministerBotox, dermal fillers, and IV therapywith precision and care. • Providewellness and weight loss consultations, collaborating with clients on personalized plans. • Deliverconcierge in-home services(e.g., IV hydration, Botox, vitamin injections) as needed. • Maintain strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and aesthetic protocols. Client Engagement & Follow-Up • Build and maintain warm, professional relationships with clients. • Conductfollow-up callswith previous and current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Deliver a luxury, friendly, and patient-centered experience at every visit. Creative & Administrative Duties • During downtime, contribute creatively by helpingdevelop social media content,organize client files, andsupport marketing initiatives. • Assist withcontent creation—photos, videos, reels, and educational posts for digital platforms. • Maintain office organization, stock supplies, and support team operations. Qualifications • Active California RN or NP License(required). • Experience in aesthetic medicine—Botox, fillers, and IV therapy (required). • Knowledge or interest inweight management and wellness medicine. • Excellent communication and people skills—must be friendly, kind, and client-focused. • Creative mindsetwith the ability to support branding and social media efforts. • Comfortable traveling betweenSan Diego and Eastlakelocations and performingin-home visitsas needed. • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently with initiative.
