• Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4/10 hour or 5/8 shifts; 36 patient contact hours weekly
• No call
• Outpatient only
• Epic EMR, dragon and DAX
• Centralized Triage and In-basket Support
• On-call triage RN service all days of the year
• Onsite imaging including x-ray, CT, MRI, US, echo, mammogram, lab support
• Full-spectrum, Family Medicine clinic providing services including infants, pediatrics, women's health and internal medicine and chronic disease management
• Onsite clinical pharmacists
• Onsite specialty services specific days of the week - Physiatry, Cardiology, Midwifery, Ortho, Psychiatry
• 10-30-year tenured clinical team with low turnover
• Compensation is between $129,480 and $147,680 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
