Samaritan Health Services in Oregon has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner in Geriatrics

Samaritan Health Services is seeking Nurse Practitioner specializing in Geriatrics to join our compassionate and collaborative team in Lebanon, Oregon.

The network serves approximately 300,000 residents in Linn, Benton, Lincoln and portions of Polk and Marion counties. Job Specifics:

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• 8-10 patients per day
• Focus on complex chronic disease management in long term care, acute medical problems and injuries, general ward inpatient care in skilled nursing facility, and care for skilled rehabilitation patients post hospital discharge.
• Procedures to include I&D, cryotherapy, and shoulder/knee injections
• No in-person call responsibilities
• Opportunity to support IM/FM Residents during clinic rotations
• Position will travel locally to facilities in the Willamette Valley

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Geriatrics, skilled nursing, and assisted living. Preferred to have a completed rotation in a nursing facility.
• Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
• Eligibility to work in the United States
