Nurse Practitioner (NP) Urgent Care

Northwest Health Urgent Care is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their team.

Details of the position:

• NP will rotate between 3 urgent care locations (Valparaiso , La Porte, and Michigan City)
• Full Time (0.9FTE)
• 12 hour shifts, shifts to include every 3rd weekend
• Open to new grads
• Collaborative, supportive team of physicians, nurse practitioners and practice support staff
