Location: Monterey Bay, CA
Classification: Regular, Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Tuesday 9am - 5pm, Wednesday - Friday 6:50am - 2:00pm, some later hours required for internal meetings

• Transformative Member Engagement: Ignite change through dynamic 1:1 consultations and coaching sessions, employing motivational interviewing skills to build powerful connection
• Empowering Health Assessment: Elevate members' wellness journeys with vibrant health assessments, offering guidance and education that sparks lasting transformations.
• Holistic Care and Impactful Management: Deliver standout routine care, blending standardized procedures with personalized touches, including physical examinations and screenings.
• Follow-up Excellence and Precision Documentation: Bring excitement to every member follow-up, ensuring meticulous documentation that reflects their unique progress and needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number
• Experience with Hormone Therapy / BHRT a plus!
• Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
