•  Provide exceptional care to patients in a hybrid virtual and in-home health care model
•  Flexible schedule to work around your needs throughout the day

•  Manage a low-volume patient panel to ensure a focus on quality of care
•  Rental/fleet vehicle available for commuting
•  Established clinical care team including 2 experienced physicians, 11 APPs, and more

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Strong salary range of up to the 70th percentile of MGMA - Anywhere between $125-$150K plus annual bonus
•  Full benefits package includes a $10,000 Sign-On with medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more
