Nursery Sales Associate

The Natural Gardener is seeking outgoing Sales Associates for the fall season. If you have strong desire to share your gardening knowledge and experience with our wonderful customers, this is a great opportunity. In addition to assisting customers in fulfilling their gardening and landscaping goals, you will be responsible for daily maintenance of an assigned section in the nursery. This includes watering, deadheading, fertilizing, treating for pests or disease, weeding, restocking, sweeping, raking, and organizing. At times, you will need to be able to work under pressure without sacrificing the high level of customer service that we strive to provide. The position requires working outdoors at all times and the ability to lift 25-40 lbs consistently throughout each day. All nursery staff is required to unload plant deliveries and restock as needed.
