THE PRACTICE

• Well-established OBG Group with 1:4 call schedule and 4-day work week giving a nice work-life balance;
• Expect 15-20 deliveries a month ramping up pretty quickly
• Work for an administration that values the way you practice medicine and willing to give you whatever you need
• Strong support from a large group of eight, highly-skilled Midwife NPs who OB assist, patient work ups and hospital rounding for OBGs
• Well equipped, modern L&D rooms and a C-section room plus brand, new surgery center with 2 DV Robots
• Have the stability of an ongoing guaranteed base salary for the life of your contract + quarterly incentive RVU bonuses giving you a proven high income potential in the 75th percentile
