Practice Details:
•  Physician-Led Group - You choose your preferred schedule, appointment times, patient panel, and more
•  DaVinci robot on-site with OR block time available
•  Exceptional referral pipeline of 20+ primary care providers on-site
•  True collaboration and continuity within the group - very low turnover
•  See anywhere between 15-25 patients per day
•  Full or part-time scheduled offered - 4-day work week is FT
•  Support includes general surgery, pediatrics, tele-neonatology, a PA, and more

•  Practice in a state that allows you to provide the full spectrum of reproductive health care

Compensation & Benefits:
•  Employed position with a salary guarantee between $430K - $475K
•  Sign-On of $100K with fully paid relocation
•  Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of group's gross production for the year
•  Additional benefits include health insurance, malpractice, retirement, dental, and more
