Are you looking for a better quality of life and to be in control of your schedule? Join this independent practice in Wisconsin seeing full and part-time OB Laborists for 24-hour shifts. Enjoy very flexible schedule options and choose your days (as little as a couple of shifts per month). The hospital does 1,500 deliveries per year and most OB patients are patients of private practice physicians who admit to the hospital.
  • Low patient volume with an average of 10 patient interactions per 24-hour shift allowing time for comprehensive care
  • Recently remodeled advanced birth facilities
  • Robust backup call group for support
  • Focused scope of practice includes OB triage, C-section first assist, and deliveries no Emergency Medicine coverage is required
  • Community-based hospital with Level 3 Nursery and NICU
  • EMR = EPIC

  • Part-time employees are eligible for benefits (based on a sliding scale) for the W2 option.

Enjoy hourly rates starting at $155/hr weekdays, $170/ hr weekends, and $190/hour for holiday coverage
1099 option with hourly rates starting at $181/hr weekdays, $204/hr weekends, and $224/hr for holiday coverage
$30,000 commencement bonus (for full-time W2)
$6,000 annual CME stipend (for full-time W2)
