Compensation Details:
•  Base Salary Range: $360,000 - $425,000.
•  First year package of $550,000 with guaranteed ongoing base of $400,000+ plus production bonus.
•  $250,000 in retention bonus or student loan repayment.
•  Full suite of executive-level benefits including health insurance, 401k, annual CMEs, and more.
•  Flexible 4-day work week plus 8 weeks of PTO.
