A mission-driven, independent hospital in scenic rural Montana is seeking a part-time BE/BC OB/GYN to join its dedicated team. Whether you're early in your career or looking to slow down without stepping away, this flexible role gives you the freedom to prioritize what matters mostwithout sacrificing income, impact, or quality of life.

Position Details:
• Design your schedule: Choose 10 shifts/month or opt for a 3, 4, or 5-day workweek
• Less than 12 clinic patients/day, <80 deliveries annually
• General OB/GYN only: No high-risk or surgical OB required
• Exceptional compensation: Up to $325K base for part-time, with loan repayment, sign-on bonus, and relocation  
• Free housing: Up to 6 months move-in ready housing provided
