Excellent Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $385,000–$425,000
• Productivity and quality bonuses based on RVUs
• Hospital Weekend Call Compensation
• Recruitment bonus: $25,000
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000
• Relocation support: up to $5,000
• Optional residency stipend

Balanced Schedule:
Maintain a rewarding work-life balance with a 4-day work week and a 1:5 call rotation. We go a step further to support your time and well-being by providing weekend Locum Tenens coverage so you can truly recharge. For weekends you work, we offer Hospital Weekend Call Compensation as additional recognition for your time and commitment.
