OBGYN Physician

Palomar Health Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare, manage labor and deliveries, and participate in OB labor call. This is a full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to practice the full scope of obstetrics and gynecologic care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment in beautiful San Diego County.

Responsibilities:

• Manage labor and deliveries, ensuring safe and effective maternal care.
• Provide full-spectrum OB and gynecologic services, including prenatal, antenatal and postpartum care.
• Perform gynecologic surgeries, including routine and complex procedures.
• Diagnose and treat reproductive health concerns, including infertility and menopausal care.
• Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality, patient-centered outcomes.
• Participate in OB labor call rotations to support continuity of care for maternal patients.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification (or eligibility) in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid medical license to practice in California.
• Strong surgical skills and experience managing obstetric emergencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
