Responsibilities:

· Responsible for taking care of all Production issues, mini-projects and change requests in Managed Support client accounts from OBIA technical perspective

· Architectural design of custom solutions

· Technical design of system and any underlying components

· Technical development of custom objects, components

· Diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical issues – all modules

· Developing custom solutions for system integration and business process needs

· Participating in customer review meetings, status updates and design workshops

· Requirement gathering from users for enhancement & modification projects

· Facilitating testing and deployment of developed/modified objects

· Knowledge Repository Maintenance, Project Documentation

· User program performance analysis and Quality Management

· Incident Management, Change Management, Ticketing updates, Problem Management

· Working closely with functional team for implementation/roll-out projects

Requirements:

· 5-10 years of strong technical/functional experience in Oracle Business Intelligence Applications OBIA /OBIEE/OAC Apps

· Experience in gathering requirements, Proof of concept, gap analysis, design, development, Testing and Implementation of the OBIEE/ETL/Data Warehouse projects

· Strong experience in developing and customizing OBIEE and BI Publisher Reports.

· Knowledge of Performance tuning of Informatica ETL and OBIEE Queries.

· Created different types of Customized Reports Drilldown, Aggregation for Sales and Product to meet client requirements.

· Hands on experience on Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica

· Working knowledge on Informatica Designer Components - Source Analyzer, Warehousing Designer, Transformation Developer, Mapplet and Mapping Designer.

· Installed and Configured DAC Data Warehouse Administration Console to manage ETL process for OBIA Analytics.

· Implemented ODI interfaces and scenarios for extracting and loading data from a variety of data sources/targets including Relational Database servers - Oracle RDBMS, SQL Server, IBM DB2 and flat files including CSV, Excel, XML file formats.

· Worked with end users/customers to understand business requirements, recommended technical solutions and documented functional requirements.

· Maintained security by assigning permissions to reports and dashboards based on users and groups.

· Designed, implemented and tested security privileges on Dashboards and reports.

· Knowledge of LDAP authentication and configured application roles for authorization.

· Good to have Knowledge of P2P cycle and O2C cycle.

· Knowledge of administration and implementation of BI Apps including Financials, Supply Chain and HCM will be a plus.

· Knowledge of other reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc. and Hyperion is a big plus.
