StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 9.5 D Pay Rate: $1383.68 ‐ $1516.16

REHAB OT needed asap for 13 weeks 6:30AM‐4:00PM 2 years experienceBLSNC lic required

Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Rehab
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: OT‐NC
Certifications: BLS‐AHA(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
