Job Description
Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security! Â
Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeem, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $25 billion by 2027.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it!
We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Office Admin to join our brand-new R&D office in Prague!
As the first and only Office Admin in this location, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the office culture and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new position, where you’ll be the go-to person for employees, organize events like happy hours, and be the face of the office in Prague. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to collaborate on HR-related tasks and contribute to building a great workplace environment from the ground up.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, welcoming and assisting guests, candidates, and vendors.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ticket support, mail handling, managing orders and supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, including contracts, order processing, payments, and invoice tracking.
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, such as team socials, holiday celebrations, and wellness activities, while supporting HR with onboarding, offboarding, and training.
- Act as the point of contact with building management, coordinating parking, maintenance, and office logistics.
- Provide administrative support and handle ad hoc tasks for other departments as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, ideally in a startup or high-tech environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and effective task prioritization.
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent people skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with task management tools is an advantage.
- Positive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English.
- Availability to work onsite in Na Pershtyne 342/1 Prague, Monday–Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
