Pay: $25/hour PLUS performance increases!

As an Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to work directly with our Operations Team, ensuring smooth operations across our tech stack, team, and office. Your duties will include:

• Tech Stack Optimization: Monitor and maintain our tech stack to ensure optimal performance. Address any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Top-Notch Service: Provide exceptional service to all team members in need, offering support and assistance whenever required.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure that new team members are equipped for success from day one.
• Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain reporting and presentation documents to track operations and performance metrics effectively.
• Facilities Management: Take charge of all building-related tasks to ensure a comfortable and functional office environment.
• Audio-Visual Support: Ensure that audio-visual equipment is operating perfectly for all meetings and events.
• Insights and Collaboration: Collaborate with the Leadership team to share insights and suggestions for improving efficiency, productivity, and the overall customer and employee experiences.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth functioning of our operations and contributing to the ongoing success of our team.

Qualities for Success:

• You're a complex problem solver and an outside-the-box thinker, especially with tech.
• Proficient in G-Suite Admin Console and Sheets/Docs/Slides.
• Strong technical equipment skills (Apple Laptops, Bluetooth Headsets, A/V Equipment).
• You're an efficient and highly organized self-starter who thrives in challenging situations and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with company Tech Stack Applications (Salesforce, Hubspot, Monday.com, Zoom, & more).
• Your written and verbal communication skills are next level and you are a perfectionist who pays close attention to detail.
• You love feedback, and you're always looking to reach new heights.
