THE OPPORTUNITY: EXTRACURRICULAR INTERNSHIP
  1. Understanding the activities of the Office Management department: Will gain a solid understanding of the operations of an Office Management department within an international corporation, with the opportunity to delve deeper into the processes used. The goal is to understand how the department supports the company's daily needs, including office maintenance, procurement, fleet management, and front desk.
  2. Operational support: Will collaborate with the Office Management team in planning the supply of goods, monitoring inventories, and tracking order deliveries.
  3. Operational activity management: Will assist in tasks such as booking and preparing company vehicles and meeting rooms, handling shipment entries, and performing front desk duties.
  4. Distribution of company assets: Will support the delivery of company assets to employees, including keys, badges, and company policies.
  5. Participation in business trips: May be involved in short trips to other company locations.
  6. Company overview: Will have the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of various roles and departments within the company, learning how Office Management integrates and collaborates with other corporate functions.


LANGUAGES

Proficient Italian & English languages knowledge, other European languages represent a plus.
