Office Manager

Job Brief:

The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes handling administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to various departments to maintain an efficient workflow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative activities such as office supplies and facilities.
• Serve as the point of contact between management, employees, clients, and external partners.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• Support the onboarding/off-boarding processes and address employee queries.
• Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).

Experience:

• Previous experience in administrative roles.
• Experience in scheduling and calendar coordination.
• BA degree- Advantage
