About the Role
As our Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our Brussels office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly—from managing office operations and supplies to coordinating meetings, events, and sustainability initiatives. You’ll also provide executive support to our CEO and play a key role in finance and HR-related tasks.
What you'll do
- Office Management & Administration – 90%
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment.
- Manage meeting rooms, office supplies, and vendor contracts.
- Organize team events, catering, and travel arrangements.
- Support finance functions, including invoice coordination and budget management.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Be a key contact for sustainability initiatives and health & safety compliance.
- Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar coordination and business meetings.
- Executive Assistant to the CEO – 10%
- Coordinating the CEO’s agenda with external partners and business contacts.
- Coordinating global/regional and inter-office calls.
What we're looking for
- Â Proven experience as an Office Manager.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
