Job Description
We are seeking a detail-orientedOffice Manager and Title Clerkto join our team in Houston, TX! Relocation assistance is not currently available.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing dailies includes getting deposits ready
• Prepares and process title work in a timely manner
• Upload used unit buys to the shared folder
• Filling out credit applications and preparing copies for funding.
• Remits all funding for all deals and follows to ensure funding is received promptly.
• Ensuring all sold units are registered within the allotted time. (Responsible for all warranty registering.)
• Remits the daily list of units that were warranty registered for each day to Central Support.
• Petty cash reconciliation on the 1st
• Obtaining proper documents for used bikes including titles, lien release, OSI,
• Preparation and submission of all title to work to the DMV
• Reconciles the used title inventory on the 1st of each month.
• Prepares deals for finalizing and remits funding
• Maintaining general upkeep of the office including filing deal jackets and miscellaneous paperwork.
• Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be available to work on weekends
• Minimum of 3 years of dealership experience working in an automotive, powersports, or auction environment preferred
• Strong data entry experience
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• A sense of urgency is a must in this position
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of and ability to assign over ownership on titles for all 50 states desired
• Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Ability to comprehend or learn to read an NMVTIS report.
• Notary Certification a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
