Omakase Chef

Seeking experienced Sushi Chefs who are comfortable with busy sushi kitchens and omakase. This position will work at the omakase counter, working during service, and maintaining quality and high cleanliness standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience previous experience preparing sushi and sashimi of the highest quality.
