Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Process leads generated through multiple channels and guide potential candidates through the application process.
- Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates on key skills such as communication, empathy, and emotional maturity.
- Develop and deliver training programs that equip wellness buddies with the necessary skills and knowledge for success on the platform.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process that integrates new wellness buddies into our community guidelines and operational standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply operations, Human Resource, B2B or enterprise sales, customer support
- Good understanding of mental health principles or adaptability to learn - this is for assessing and supporting wellness buddies along the process.
- Fluency in Tamil or Telugu, along with proficiency in English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams
- Proficiency in Tamil or Telugu and English
- Strong skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
