Onboarding Associate

Details:

An Onboarding Associate job is currently available with Belcan in Cincinnati, OH 45242. The Onboarding Associate, under the direction of the Senior Onboarding Specialist, will be responsible for efficiently onboarding candidates to ensure employee readiness on the first day of work. Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

Primary Responsibilities:

In managing the onboarding process from candidate offer acceptance through cleared-to-work status, key responsibilities will include:

o Review candidate completion of I-9 prior to starting a work assignment

o Review and issue candidate Job Offers

o Follow-up with candidates regarding Job Offer acceptance, drug screen and background checks

o Order background and drug testing screenings

o Process and validate I9"s

o Track and communicate candidate status, ending open items, start dates

o Enters essential employee information into SmartSearch systems.

Qualifications:

o Bilingual - English and Spanish

o 2 years' experience in Recruiting and / or Onboarding and / or HR admin preferred

o Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, power point, google sheets)

o HR knowledge of employment guidelines, practices, and laws / regulations preferred

o Must have a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.

o Must be able to work onsite(100% of the time) in Cincinnati, OH

Decisional Authority:

Exercises discretion and decision making.

Working Conditions:

Office sedentary. Minimal physical efforts while working in office and potential customer facilities.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $22 to $24/hr.
