Online Programs July Intersession Project Coordinator

Job Description

Our Ideal Candidate will:

• Answers support desk phone calls ensuring that all calls are answered quickly in a positive, professional, and friendly manner and assists in day-to-day operations of the Online Program 

• Monitors Online Program email accounts and creates and maintains all student email accounts; monitors email accounts for bullying, inappropriate language, or conduct

• Creates maintains and provides basic user training on Vantage and Blackboard account logins for teachers and staff

• Deactivates staff accounts from all Online Programs upon employee termination 

• Balances enrollment numbers between online facilitators 

• Generates monthly student inactivity report and student completing and withdrawal data report for all online classes weekly

• Attends all online program meetings and assists in planning and organizing online program meetings and trainings in the region as needed 

• Provides administrative duties to the department as needed

You’ll need the following minimum requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience working in a technical customer service role

• Educational Technology skills/knowledge, as well as the ability to learn new tools 

• Ability to communicate and present ideas to a group and application users

• Excellent Customer Service Skills

• The ability to evaluate customer needs, meet quality standards of service, and evaluate customer satisfaction

• Knowledge of Modern office technology, including related software applications; correct English usage, including proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling; strong organizational skills; strong communication skills both oral and written

Pay: $19.50 per hour
