Online Team Store & Retail Marketing Specialist (Graphic Design)

Williams Athletics is afast-growing custom apparel and sports gear companydedicated to bringing creative ideas to life and supporting community spirit. We’re expanding nationwide and need adetail-oriented Online Store & Marketing Specialistto manage both ourTeam Stores(uniforms + fanwear) and our growingretail sports gear business.
If you love building online stores, uploading products with accuracy, and creating visuals that drive sales, this is your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Stores (Uniforms + Fanwear)
• Build and manage online team stores for leagues, schools, and organizations (InkSoft/Shopify).
• Upload and organizeteam uniforms(baseball packages: jersey/hat/pants; swimming packages: swimsuits, caps) as well as individual team gear and fanwear.
• Ensure product setups are correct: sizes, variants, personalization options, images, and pricing.
• Create team-specific banners, store graphics, and product mockups.
• Proof stores before launch to confirm accuracy (titles, descriptions, images, checkout flow).
Retail Sports Gear (Growing Division)
• Add retail sports equipment and apparel (bats, gloves, gear, accessories) into Shopify.
• Write and optimize product descriptions, categories, and tags for easy shopping.
• Keep product data clean and consistent across hundreds of SKUs.
• Work with vendor catalogs (SanMar, Champro, Richardson, Wilson/DeMarini, etc.) to load new items quickly.
Graphic Design & Marketing
• Design promotional graphics, mockups, ads, and product visuals.
• Prepare artwork files for production (screen printing separations, embroidery digitizing, sublimation layouts).
• Manage and schedule social media posts promoting team stores, new retail products, and seasonal campaigns.
• Support website updates, banners, and product features on Shopify.
What We’re Looking For
• Extreme attention to detail— every product must be uploaded cleanly with the right images, variants, and tags.
• Strong organization skills— able to juggle team store launches and ongoing retail uploads.
• Creative eye for design— skilled at making visuals that look sharp and sell.
• Software skills:
• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (required).
• Shopify and/or InkSoft (preferred).
• Excel/Google Sheets (CSV imports, data cleanup).
• Team-focused mindset— works independently but collaborates well with sales and production.
Preferred
• Background in sports apparel or sporting goods product data.
• Experience with screen printing, embroidery, or sublimation prep.
• Familiarity with vendor catalogs and sports brands.
• Basic SEO/marketing knowledge.

Schedule & Compensation
• Part-time or full-time (Monday–Friday).
