All-star cosmetics is said to have the most proficient sales training in the cosmetic and mall kiosk industry. We envision our sales staff as entrepreneurs! RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be asked to market our products in stores and Kiosk to mall shoppers. Provide samples and assist the customer through the entire purchasing process and following up after the sale is complete to assure, they are happy with their purchase. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of one years of sales or customer service experience is REQUIRED within retail, door-to-door, cellular, car, cosmetics, jewelry, etc. Preference to 2 or more years of any sales or customer service experience. • Professional appearance with correct attire • Be receptive to continuous training and productive feedback. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with basic math skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Proficiency with basic computer-based systems Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $32,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Referral program Schedule: • 10 hour shift • Day shift • Evening shift • Holidays • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Application Question(s): • What is your availability?
