   - 5 BC physicians, including an experienced MOHS surgeon and
- 12+ APPS

   - 4-day work week optional
   - Tailor your caseload with general dermatology, cosmetics and even MOHS if desired.

   - Base salary plus uncapped productivity incentive on wRVU model
   - Up to $200k recruitment package for sign-on, relocation and/or student loan repayment
   - $15k per APP supervision stipend paid annually
