A respected, mission-driven FQHC in San Jose, California is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join their established team. With a Monday-Friday schedule, no call, and a long-standing reputation in the community, this role offers the perfect blend of professional fulfillment and lifestyle flexibility in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Position Details:
• Outpatient-only Family Medicine
• Monday-Friday schedule with no call
• 15-20 patients per day
• Join a collaborative team of 3 physicians and experienced APPs
• H-1B visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary $250K-$260K with quality incentives and sign-on/relocation bonuses
• Eligible for HRSA and California State Loan Repayment Programs
