What you’ll do:

The brokerage operations team at Public is looking for an analyst to help manage our member application and onboarding processes. 

As the Operations Analyst, Onboarding, you are the first point of contact for new members as they join our incredible community of investors. You will use your knowledge of AML/KYC and CIP regulatory requirements to review new account applications and communicate with our members about their application status. You will partner with 3rd party vendors to improve approval rates and kpi's while continuously working to find ways to improve systems and processes. In addition, you will independently drive projects and analyses that support our ability to grow the business and improve the investing experience for all of our members.

  • An agile teammate who is comfortable working independently and operating in a fast-paced environment. You can react quickly and make effective decisions to build a stronger community on Public.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • 2-4 years experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses 
Bonus Points:
  • Startup experience
  • Experience working in customer support 
  • Familiarity with US and/or UK KYC processes and regulations 
  • Experience with Looker and Mixpanel
