Operations Billing Specialist

Bilingual billing specialists wanted

Our Monterrey Office keeps on growing! We started less than 3 years ago with 4 people in Monterrey and now that we're north of a 100 people, we still need more like-minded individuals to roll with us!

We are looking for an Operations Billing Specialist to help us bring AI to supply chains in the world's largest companies. To support our mission, the successful candidate will be comfortable overseeing and analyzing operation financials, owning the entire account payable and accounts receivable processes. We are a culture-first organization and work relentlessly to maintain the culture that we've built. We will also expect you to contribute problem solving ideas to support the overall company growth strategy.

Responsibilities

•Responsible for full-cycle billing reconciliation process

•Direct interaction with our customers and vendors

•Ownership of our current policies and procedures for operations billing process

•Weekly and ad hoc reporting request by management

•Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement

•Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in finance accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

•Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or financial analysis

•Proven experience in Accounts Receivables

•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software/systems

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

•Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•SaaS and NetSuite experience, trucking/transportation background, and an understanding of Accounting Principles preferred

Compensation: $27,500 MXN
