We are seeking a full-timeOperations & Brand Experience Leadto ensure our space remains organized, professional, and welcoming—while also supporting our marketing and brand awareness efforts. Position Summary: This role combines operational excellence, hospitality, and creative input. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day workspace operations, staging and readiness, front-desk support, and maintaining our visual and brand presence both in-person and online. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Member Experience (Approx. 75%) • Maintain a consistently clean, organized, and professional workspace • Reset conference rooms and WorkDens between reservations • Stage private offices for tours and first-time use • Greet guests, support members, and manage daily front desk activities • Oversee bookings for day passes, meeting rooms, and private spaces • Lead tours for prospective clients and support new member onboarding • Manage virtual mailbox platform and client communications Brand Awareness & Light Marketing (Approx. 25%) • Maintain a consistent presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and visual content • Contribute ideas to increase visibility, awareness, and revenue • Collaborate with the leadership team on promotions and campaigns Qualifications: • Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and presentation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or operations preferred • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools like Canva • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced setting • Proactive, reliable, and polished in both appearance and conduct Compensation & Benefits: • $38,000/year base salary • Quarterly performance-based bonuses • Aflac medical, dental, and vision coverage • Supplemental insurance options • Access to networking events and growth opportunities To Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re a great fit for this role and LionShare’s mission.
